Robotics, Electronics, A.I.

This page is still under-construction. More will be added soon.

I've always been interested in Robotics & AI, and as a matter of fact the main reason I got drowned into programming as a kid, was my interest in A.I. So I have good lots of experience with the soft aspects of it. On the other hand, I was always taking stuff apart and putting them back together, of course with "new and improved" functionality. ;) Everything I touched eventually ended up as some sort of a "robot-creature-thing" that could do "things". I guess I've also been reading way too much Asimov all my life. So.. I decided to chose exactly that as my main field of study. In the past few years I've been gaining some experience with the mechanical / electrical aspects of robotics, as a student of EE, and more recently by taking part in several engineering design competitions. In this page I will attempt to gather some resources and info for anyone else who might have an interest in these areas. More eBooks and resources can be accessed through the Verse library.

SolidWorks Tutorial: The best tutorial for the SolidWorks Mechanical CAD application is definitely the app's help section. Trust me on that, I've used it! =) But this webpage can also be quite useful as certain topics have been explained a bit more in detail. If you're wondering what SolidWorks is, well, it's a 3D mechanical design software mainly for engineers. And so far, it's my favorite. If you're into mechanical design, this is definitely a must-try.
